About the Owner
Matthew Gould is a lifetime resident of Central New York. He attended Liverpool High School and played lacrosse for SUNY Potsdam. Following his passion, he moved back to the Syracuse area and began working in the construction field. In 2000, he studied architecture at Onondaga Community College. With his background in architecture and an eye for design, Matt started Gold Peak Builders primarily focused on remodeling and additions. However, with his expertise, attention to detail and focus on superior craftsmanship, Gold Peak Builders has flourished into a well-respected custom home building business. Matt is quality focused and on top of the latest trends in home design and construction. He is also an active member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association. When he is not working, he enjoys golfing, fishing and spending family time his 3 children.
